A. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping Orders for in stock products will ship within 3 business days via United States Parcel Service. They will arrive within 10-14 business days of your order date (though most customers receive their shipments within 6-7 days). Items on backorder are noted with the approximate date the item is due in our warehouse. This information is also listed on your order confirmation for your convenience. We will ship the item to you as soon as we receive it. Once shipped, the item should be delivered to you within the time frame noted above. A. If you do want to return an item to us. Securely pack the item in its original packing material and send it via US Mail back to us at the address below. How do I remove my replica from its base?
A. Located underneath the base are 4 small screws. Using a small Phillips screwdriver insert the head of screwdriver into the hole in the base and turn counter clockwise. Be careful to hold the car securely while removing the screws to prevent damage to your replica. After all the screws are removed. The car will come off the base.
Q. How do I return a car for replacement or refund or exchange?

Q. When will I receive my shipment?
A. For products that were in stock when you placed your order please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. For item(s) that were on backorder when ordered please allow 2-4 weeks from the due date listed.
Q. Why doesn't my base have a nameplate?
A. Some vehicles do not come with name plates on the base while others do. The primary purpose of the base is to protect your replica from damage while in transit to your home. Q. What if I would like be a retailer/wholesaler.

Q. I'm expecting a refund check - where is it?
A. Refunds are processed within 1 week of receipt of the returned product. Please take this into account. If paid by credit card, your card will be credited with the refund within 1 week of receipt of return. If paid by check please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund check to arrive. Q. I received a bill but I didn't think I owed anything?
A. Please check the date on your bill; perhaps your payment crossed in the mail and didn’t have a chance to be processed. Q. My credit card has been billed but I haven't received my merchandise.
A. Your vehicle should be on its way to you. Your credit card is not charged until your replica is shipped. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date your credit card was charged for your replica to arrive. |
